Over the past three and half years, Ben has held the Principal Digital Workplace Lead & End User Compute Platforms Manager roles at Watercare Services Limited, the water and wastewater service provider for Auckland. Having been responsible for setting the strategic direction of Microsoft 365 and collaboration tools at Watercare, as well as leading their End User Compute strategy and support operations, Ben has helped Watercare implement a cloud-first and truly industry-leading end user experience
